Keonta Vernon. 1,98 m, 109 kg, né le 24 octobre 1994 à Tulare. Américain. Intérieur.
Formé entre 2015 et 2018 à Grand Canyon NCAA 1. Tourne à 9,4 points, 6,8 rebonds, 1,3 passe et 1,2 contre pour sa dernière année universitaire 2017/18 dans la Western Athletic Conference. Au sein d'un collectif très important où aucun joueur ne dépasse les 30 minutes de temps de jeu, Deonta termine la saison avec la meilleure évaluation statistique des Lopes. Entre 2015 et 2017, il a été le coéquipier de Dewayne Russell (Nancy).

Explosif, physique, très bon rebondeur, contreur de premier plan, excellent dans le jeu rapide, Keonta se distingue par son jeu tout en énergie et endiablé. Joueur hyper athlétique, monté sur ressorts, spécialiste du alley-oop pour finir une attaque. Dunkeur spectaculaire et électrisant, avec lui, ça déménage dans la raquette ! Joueur charismatique et véritable showman, Keonta à tout pour devenir le chouchou du public et enflammé les salles. Un garçon volontaire, gentil et accessible. Pour la petite histoire Keonta est un ancien joueur de football américain, il a déjà cassé un panier en plein match lors d'un dunk et il a également demandé sa fiancée en mariage sur le terrain de basket avant une rencontre universitaire il y a quelques semaines. En plus d’être un bon joueur de basket, Keonta possède également une vraie personnalité. Voilà donc un très joli potentiel et un profil parfaitement adapté à une équipe LNB pour lancer sa carrière. En cette fin du mois de juin, Keonta est actuellement disponible pour le marché français. Un joueur à ne surtout pas rater !!!

Trained between 2015 and 2018 at Grand Canyon NCAA 1. Averaged 9.4 points, 6.8 rebounds, 1.3 assists and 1.2 blocks in his final year of 2017/18 in the Western Athletic Conference. In a very important team where no player exceeds 30 minutes of playing time, Deonta finished the season with the best statistical evaluation of the Lopes. Between 2015 and 2017, he was teammates with Dewayne Russell (Nancy).
